Zodiac of North America is the distributor of Zodiac rigid inflatable boats and other inflatable watercraft. Its boats range from 6 feet in length to longer than 16 feet. Zodiac s boat line features smaller, more maneuverable boats under the Medline, Futura and Cadet labels, among others. Based in France, Zodiac s history dates back to 1896 as an airship and airplane manufacturer. It established a presence in North America in the 1970s and also has operations in Argentina, Australia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain and South Africa. Overall, it has approximately 16,000 employees at more than 100 manufacturing plants and support centers.
