Yuri Deychak, MD

Dr. Wedam received his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed fellowships in cardiovascular medicine at the National Naval Medical Center & Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Bethesda, and in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Virginia.

Daniel J. Fernicola, Jr., M.D., is the Office Medical Director, as well as a cardiologist at Johns Hopkins Medicine Cardiology in Rockville, Maryland. Dr. Fernicola also has privileges as a cardiologist at Suburban Hospital.Dr. Fernicola has expertise in cardiac imaging, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and preventive cardiology. Dr. Fernicola earned his medical degree from Georgetown University and completed an internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He was a staff fellow in the Pathology Branch of the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute at the National Institutes of Health prior to completing a fellowship in cardiology with Georgetown University School of Medicine at Washington Veterans Affairs Hospital, where he went on to serve as director of echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Fernicola also previously served in the U.S. Public Health Service and as an assistant professor of medicine in the Department of Cardiology at Georgetown University. Dr. Fernicola is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Fernicola has contributed to numerous publications, presentations and abstracts.
