Stay Away!!! I was Alanita customer for long time. but not anymore because of their policy. They will charge you with hefty $375 cancellation fees even if you cancel within 10 min after booking....

Once you book the ticket they will not support you. This agency is awful. The policies are bad. They don't follow the airline's policy. DO NOT go there ever, ridiculous.
