I brought 2 skirts in with small stains. After 3 tries they still didn't get the stain out of 1; they got the stain out of the other but ended up adding new stains with spot treating chemicals....

The prices here are crazy high. My husband and I used them once and our bill for a couple of his shirts and a couple of mine was like $70. I might as well just buy a couple of new shirts next...

Every time I drop off something with buttons they inevitably lose one. The only good thing about them is their drop off service for sweaters or things without buttons. DON'T bring blankets...
