Balance At Urbanity Dance

History

Urbanity Dance, Boston's contemporary dance company, has been teaching high end dance classes in the South End since 2008. In the spring of 2014, Urbanity opened our sister studio, Balance to pursue our commitment to health and wellness in conjunction with and independent of a dance education.

Specialties

Urbanity Balance is the sister studio of Urbanity Dance, specializing in Health and Wellness. We offer classes for all ages and levels ranging from hip hop to contemporary to acrobatics. Urbanity prides itself on serving all types of individuals in the community, encouraging respect, artistic expression, and intellectual engagement.
