This bank is horrible... only one teller and the manager does not assist. They clearly see the line wrapped to outside. The least you could do is help your one teller out.

This morning near 10 am I went to this site. The teller serving customers ( I did not get to see her name) was very polite. She had to step away and I'm just waiting. She comes back and apologizes...

Horrible horrible.....always only 1 or 2 tellers with about 15 ppl waiting in line....I waited 40min to make a deposit into an account...manager is rude and ignorant..got to another bank
