No stars! Omg lolololol I reserved a transit van online from these guys, walked there only to be told that they did not have the van I reserved but that they could give me a mini van instead....

Horribly understaffed. Wait times exceeding 30 minutes, just to get the car. No communication on ETA or when car will be ready, but the waiting room is packed with other unhappy customers.

Understaffed - ridiculous wait times both when I picked up and dropped off the car (I literally had to wait for 1 hour for a representative when I returned the vehicle. Horrible customer service.
