History

CambridgeWear began as part of the Cambridge Shop chain in the early 80's. When the chain went out of business the manager of the Acton location turned it into a stand-alone business. To maintain continuity she named the new business CambridgeWear. The current owner, Roseann Vardaro purchased the business in April 2017 and moved the business from the Acton location to Belmont Center in September 2017.

We buy from hundreds of different vendors so we always have a diverse selection of fashions and accessories. Brands our customers especially love are Habitat, Tianello, Fresh Produce, French Dressing, Tribal, Simply Silk, Yushi, Komarov and Cut Loose, just to name a few. We offer personalized service to help our customers put outfits together and find the perfect look for business, everyday or special events.
