Price changed -$1800.00 when pictures showed 2 rusted license plate screws. These screws rust with in a month of being outside. Truck is in perfect condition.

if I could give them zero stars I would. This by far the worst car buying experience of my lifetime. The customer service is the worst of any business. It's obvious they don't work on commission...

Update: Please don't be fooled by the comment below from Carvana rep Olivia offering to make it right. I contacted Carvana customer service and they were completely unconcerned and unhelpful....

Process seemed very straight forward, but lots of surprises along the way. A rush to get paperwork in, told we were all set, then a 911 for more paperwork with 2 hour deadline and threats to move...
