CMYW is a serene, comfortable yoga center right here in our community. In fact, CMYW is very much a community unto itself. The variety of classes is unparalleled by any other studio in the area....

I love the selection of classes at CMYI. Yin Yoga is quickly becoming my favorite! All the instructors are great and very knowledgeable. They offer walk-in options or you can buy class cards....
