ALPHA CHEMICAL SERVICES, INC was founded in 1969 by Wayne Juckett, an entrepreneurial salesman who decided that it was time to make quality cleaning products for the dairy and food processing industry. Wayne, his wife Marion, and his young family purchased property in Stoughton, MA ( a suburb of Boston ), bought some mixing and filling equipment, and began manufacturing cleaners and sanitizers. They hired sales and service personnel, and within 10 years Alpha Chemical Services became the largest provider of cleaners and sanitizers to the New England dairy industry.As business grew, they decided to use their manufacturing capabilities to provide cleaners to other markets. They eventually expanded their product line to include water treatment products, specialty cleaners, and janitorial, laundry, and institutional warewash products. Many of these items were manufactured under private label for a variety of customers. In 1975, Wayne's oldest son Mark joined the company on a full-time basis as a product development chemist. Obtaining his MBA in 1986, he presided over the company with his Dad until Wayne's passing in 2002. Mark currently runs the company, which is family-owned to this day.Currently, Alpha manufactures quality cleaners and sanitizers for a variety of industries. Our manufacturing facility is capable of manufacturing both liquid and powdered products in any size that may be required, including powdered portion control packets down to 0.3 ounces. Alpha manufactures products under private label for a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, the institutional restaurant industry, as well as the water treatment, food processing, janitorial, and laundry industries. Alpha also manufactures cleaning products for the food processing and industrial laundry markets. We supply these products directly, and also supply technical service support and dispensing equipment. Our long history in the service side of these industries allows us to provide expertise beyond that of our competition.Our manufacturing facility has an onsite, full-service laboratory. We can manufacture EPA-registered cleaners and sanitizers, NSF-approved food plant cleaners, and Kosher-approved cleaning products. We have, since our founding, striven for zero emissions from our manufacturing facility.
