The chain sponsors St. Jude Children s Research Hospital to fight against childhood cancer. Chili's Grill & Bar is owned and operated by Brinker International, which also manages On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and Maggiano's Little Italy. Brinker International also owns Brinker Services Corporation, which provides gift card services. Its restaurants serve seafood, beverages and desserts, such as molten chocolate cakes, chocolate fudge brownies and cheesecake.
