I don't get the poor reviews. We were able to rent cruisers no problem. And drop off was quick and easy. I don't know what else you need.

PSA: Overpriced. Went in for a weekly rental, they quoted us prices 25% higher than the places one block away. And they were rude. I mean, if you're going to rip me off, at least be nice about...

Worst service of all time. Do not go here. Lost paperwork, bikes are not sturdy. Overall bad experience
