Somatic Center is a healing arts studio specializing in body-awareness approaches to life, healing and wholeness; working with individuals and groups wishing to bring more love, aliveness and balance into their lives. Programs include Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Healing, Massage, Yoga and Tantric Study. Kristen Chamberlin, MS, LMT, SEP is a licensed Massage and Somatic Therapist with 25 years of experience working with stress related medical conditions, trauma and issues that arise around intimacy and body-awareness. She's core teaching faculty at ISEE and works in private practice, retreats and training, drawing on Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, Dance and Himalayan Tantra.
