Harvard General Store

Strictly speaking, the Harvard General Store is a cafe, kitchen, bakery, package store, gift shop, and public & private event space. More than that, the store is the heart of our small New England town. We're a place of community where friends meet for coffee, where the kids come after school for a snack, where neighbors share a drink with live music. Of course, all of that changed when COVID-19 emerged. We were forced to change our way of doing business to keep our community and staff safe. Our online store launched in March of 2020 with the hope to keep the store alive during these tough times. With support from our local community and state government, we opened our Outdoor Patio for Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch and Dinner in July 2020. We serve craft beer and wine during brunch, lunch and dinner. Come visit us on our Outdoor Patio and shop our grocery, package store, bakery, prepared food, HGS merchandise and gifts online!
