They have live bands here, comedy, open mic nights, etc. Full bar and serves food. When they first opened up, they had a fancier menu, but now is more towards "bar food." Inexpensive. Waitresses...

This is one of those "It is what it is" type places. Kilroy's is basically a hotel bar that serves basic food and cold beer, with an atmosphere that feels a little Irish, though not all that much....
