HistoryIn July 2017 after 13 years living in Asia we moved to Newton. Most of my adult life has been lived away from my home in Ireland which has only enhanced my baseline spirituality with added benefits from cross cultural approaches to living a full life. My practice offers a unique, personal therapy which assists clients to achieve personal goals and balance by paying attention to all layers of their lives - physical and emotional. The effect of releasing unwanted blockages, pain and limiting beliefs guides clients towards manifesting their deepest desires.SpecialtiesThe mix of coaching and ancient Chinese modalities I use brings a different approach to self-healing, facilitating the release of negative energy and emotions. My own personal healing journey began when I hit a health crisis shortly after I'd moved from Europe to Asia. When conventional western medicine failed me, I desperately sought help in another direction. The emotional freedom technique (EFT) or tapping I learned from experts opened a window to a world of self-healing that put simply, changed my life. A remarkable healing modality which is based on the same principles used in Ancient Chinese acupuncture -- but without the needles.
