Bay State Tickets & Travel, LLC is acting as an intermediaryand/or agent for suppliers in selling event services or in accepting reservations or bookings for event services which are not directly supplied by Bay State Tickets & Travel, LLC. Services provided in conjunction with these tours are rendered by suppliers acting as independent contractors and notas agents or employees of Bay State Tickets & Travel, LLC. Bay State Tickets & Travel, LLC therefore shall not be responsible for breach ofcontract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to BuyerBay State Tickets & Travel, LLC, nor any director, officer, employee or other representative shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, orlosses caused to any Buyer in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties,diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or development of any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the control of Bay State Tickets & Travel, LLC.Each Buyer ( s ) voluntarily assumes all risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.
