Welcome to Natural High Fitness Founded in the Summer of 2004, by trainers Kim Zanat Marttila and Nancy McCarthy, Natural High Fitness was established to provide the best available training in a relaxing environment that is unlike your typical gym. NHFC has one of the best views in town, with a comfortable atmosphere. We work closely with all of our clients to help them reach their individual goals. With high quality equipment, clients and members can train efficiently, using cables, dumbbells, bands, SPIN bikes, treadmills, TRX Trainers and more. Create your own NHFC experience by choosing from our menu of services, with various member and non-member options. Natural High Fitness is conveniently located at The Tannery, 50 Water Street, in beautiful downtown Newburyport. You can find us high atop Mill #4, 2nd and 3rd Floors above The ATM.
