Worst service possible the guy was really nice. The people that answered the phones as the sales reps are horrible run away to the hills so just gonna charge you ridiculous there's no plumbing...

We had a clogged sink line. New Era came out and charged us $580.00 and could not fix this. They had to remove and replace pipe (20') and wanted another $1,000.00 for a total of about $1,500.00....
