Service is good but the food is going downhill. The steak we ordered was a bone in ribeye but it barely had a bone (small chip) which made us wonder if we even got the cut of steak we ordered......

Food when arrived wasn't that bad, apart it was 1+ hours after we've ordered on NOT busy day and it was lukewarm or cold. So definitely very bad service and organisation.

We had a good experience at this Outback. TBF, we are expecting 6-10 inches of snow today, so maybe staff didn't show up as they freak out about snow? Anywho. When we arrived there was no one...
