I really like the selection and products they sell but if you are looking for good customer service, you won't find it there. Every time I asked for help or even to check out I was treated horrible.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I went in to the store for balloons and party supplies. I tried to use one of my daily coupons. They only honored 1. I tried to order balloons. Nope....

If there was a no stars I'd give it. I ordered online and picked up at the Shrewsbury store andI received a costume with no mask. The Customer service online took four days to get back to me. And...
