Used the Quincy store for years. Bought dog food there, treats, leashes, toys, had our dog's nails done (when they were offering), used the visiting vet clinic. Friendly, helpful staff....

I bought 8 cans of dog food that I have been buying 2 yrs. When I brought the cans and open one up at home. It was all water down so every can was same Brought back to store receive my money....

Horrible animal care standards. Cages are tiny. Some of the animals have been in there for months. Care guides are full of misinformation, and not always present. Lots of dead, dying, and sick...
