If I could I wouldn't put any star at all. Do NOT use this inspector. He was either blind or incompetent. He should not be in the business. Had he done his job I would not had purchased my home.

I did review the 360 video. The second picture is from that video. The damage was there at the time of the inspection, but no mention of it in the report.
