I have to start by saying that the location is great You can get anywhere pretty easily The gym I'm meh... sad Didn't try restaurant but there is one on the premises They also have a rooftop bar...

Common areas and room needed better cleaning and updating. Dust, dirty shower grout, wall paper in bathroom pealing, wipe and scuff markings, stains, etc. Gym was underwhelming. Just had basics....

ACCESSIBILITY TO SEVERAL LOCATIONS Especially the Theatre District and several Restaurants and BOSTON COMMON! Very convenient plus parking is attached to the Hotel!
