History

Jennifer Young is the Wholistic health consultant, NES Bioenergetic Practitioner and energetic therapist. Rooted Wellness was started as my way to reach out to those people trying so hard to heal and not finding the answers they need to regain optimal health. It is my sincere desire to provide guidance, support and outside of the box approaches to healing. I firmly believe that self-empowerment is at the heart of true healing. I have come to know that your own body has the innate ability to heal from any challenge, be it physical, emotional or spiritual. We need to help your body tap into its's own healing power.
