Established in 2016. Saloniki is our tribute to the Greek Sandwich shop. Founded by 3 Restaurant industry veterans - James Beard Award winner, Chef Jody Adams; Thessaloniki-born Restauranteur, Eric Papachristos; Hospitality & Management expert, Jonathan Mendez. We wanted to recreate the flavors of Greece, using the finished ingredients and cooking everything from scratch. We hope you enjoy! Check us out at our other Saloniki Location in Cambridge!
