HistoryKenco is owned and operated by Shane Perrault. Shane graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. Shane has been in the construction industry for over 15 years with proficiency in all facets of the trade. He has managed projects in the restaurant, banking, office, retail, commercial, medical and dental and the industrial/manufacturing fields. The name Kenco originates from Shane's grandfather, Kenneth Coe, long time carpenter who introduced Shane to the trade instilling in him a passion for the craft they both continue to share.SpecialtiesKenco Development is a full-service Commercial General Contractor and Construction Management company serving New England.
