Sam cleaned our oil boiler and replaced a hot water heating element. We made an appointment, he came timely and did a great job. He explained everything well. He answered his texts promptly....

Never showed never called. I had a set appointment, rescheduled my entire day. He has no respect for his customers and zero communication skills. I cannot recommend. He gives contractors a bad name.
