After 35 years of surgical practice in Southeastern Massachusetts, Dr. John Frasca will retire and Specialty Vein Care in Norfolk will close on January 9, 2026. It has been an honor to care for our patients and community through excellence in vein treatment. Dr. Frasca and his team are committed to ensuring a smooth transition of care.
