This is why I tend to stay away from sandwiches and wraps here. Buffalo Chicken Wrap with 1 tiny strip of chicken. This happens far too often.

trying to give this place a new chance, but unfortunately, it just doesn't improve. The bagels are always burnt, and the cream cheese is never spread properly, The coffee is consistently awful....
