The plate was opened by chef Suzanne Lombardi, who has a unique love of sharing great homemade food. As founder of Dancing Deer Bakery and Tiny Trapeze Confections, Suzanne had already proven herself as an innovative baker and entrepreneur. The Plate is her latest and most delicious venture to date. Getting its start in the Milton Lower Mills neighborhood, with a second and much larger location newly opened at the Milton Marketplace in East Milton, the plate offers up fabulous comfort food with a local twist.

We serve up some of the most delicious comfort food around- handcrafted sandwiches, soups, prepared meals and homey baked goodies. The Plate @ Milton Marketplace is our 2nd location . The space is light and airy with lots of natural sunlight and plenty of seating. Grab an early morning treat and coffee or espresso drink starting at 6:30 am. From 8-11am we offer an expanded breakfast menu. Our new Mezze Bar opens at 10:30 am and includes a selection of fresh greens, grains, roasted veggies, pickled veggies and fritters. Lunch runs from 11am-5pm. On Sundays, we serve up a full brunch from 10-3pm.
