Prepare for dated mediocrity and extreme bills. You would think with a 40% rent increase, the building would've been updated and in good shape, but no! The electric bills for the units are $1,000+...

Do not waste your money. the building is falling apart and management is the worst. At minimal - elevators always down and many residents utility bill is ~1k in the winters.
