HistoryOur principle broker, Paul Ratha Yem, began his real estate career while working with a local non-profit organization that helps first time home buyers to purchase their first home through seminars and workshops. In 2001, Paul was asked to be the state broker with offices in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut on behalf of a national real estate company. Under his leadership, more than 300 agents joined the company until the real estate market crashed in the mid's 2000's. Homeowners whom he worked with were under the water so Paul started negotiating loan modification for home owners who want to stay in their home and to sell the homes through short sale when homeowners can no longer afford the mortgage payment.
