Walpole Public Works Department

The Department of Public Works of Walpole is responsible for construction, operation and maintenance of the Town of Walpole's municipal, sewer, highway, drainage, building, engineering and vehicle infrastructure. The department looks after a variety of divisions, such as building repair, engineering, parks and cemeteries, water and highway. It also administers cemeteries, parks, trees and recreation functions. The department provides services to residents and taxpayers. Its highway department provides street sweeping, pothole and trench patching, pavement marking, sidewalk repairs, catch basin and drain cleaning, broken section replacement, and snow and ice operations. The department is located in Richmond, Mass.
