First, the pro's: Large variety & volume of apartments in Royal Oak & the surrounding area. Reasonable move-in costs. Leases go month-to-month after the first year (and they didn't raise my rent)....

Needs new management policies are retaliatory against the tenants. Maintenance response is terrible. Maintenance crews are inept. Management does not care. Tenants are treated like an annoyance.
