Bridge Ministries Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Richland, MI, has been dedicated to helping individuals discover and fulfill their God-given life calling since its establishment in 1998. The BMI Oasis, launched in 2014, offers coaching programs designed to support clergy and missionaries in reclaiming clarity, mission, and joy in their spiritual journeys.

Under the leadership of Executive Director Dr. John Studebaker, who brings extensive theological and pastoral experience, the organization has successfully coached over 200 clergy members since 2001. Alongside Facilities Coordinator Julie Studebaker and a committed team, Bridge Ministries fosters an environment of encouragement and spiritual growth through various initiatives, including podcasts and educational courses.
