if you have an online order, good luck, they don't want to service you and if you ask for Water, they want to charge you 29 cents... I go to all the other locations. They're wonderful this one...

Anyone that frequents this location knows that they are barely ever busy, maybe around lunchtime is about their only peak in the day, this should have been my first indicator of what I was going...
