Drive thru didn't take long at all. All food was hot & fresh (made when we ordered it). It tasted good. They gave us sauces (we never get charged for sauces). Staff was very polite.

They have this long winded message that plays a stupid script when you reach the drive up speaker. Then they ask what you would like to order. What's the reason for needing a name in the drive...

Fast and friendly...store was very clean! I was especially impressed with the window service at the second window

Told I had to wait five minutes for my fish. Great hot fresh fish. Wrong! I live six blocks away and had to microwave them because they were cold. Not the first time this happened.
