The employees are sitting down not taking any orders they are ignoring all the customers if it is late, do not go, they will not take your order how do you call corporate

I like church but now there chicken was fried to hard .has no flavor and I order wings and thighs I was giving legs and I don't eat lega at all not one thigh in the box ..
