Cramer Junior High School

Opened in 1969, Cramer Junior High School serves students in grades six through eight. It offers academic programs in mathematics, science, writing, reading and technology education. The school additionally has social studies, music and physical education departments. Cramer Junior High School also conducts computer literacy, French and Spanish classes. Its extracurricular activities include Science Olympiad, student council and writers club. The school has an athletics department that offers a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, volleyball, wrestling, track and filed and cheerleading. Cramer Junior High School has two computer laboratories that feature more than 30 computers, digital cameras, data projectors, document cameras and electronic whiteboards. In addition, its parent-teacher association organizes field trips, activity nights, staff-appreciation functions and fundraising events. The school is located in Essexville, Mich., and is a part of Essexville Hampton Public Schools.
