HistoryOne on One Sports Training was started in 2006 with the purpose of providing in-season, and off-season, sports training for local basketball and soccer athletes in the Ann Arbor area. Since that time, our company has evolved into a complete sports training organization. We have the facility, equipment, experience, and knowledgeable Coaches/Trainers for basketball, soccer, volleyball, football, lacrosse, field hockey, as well as conditioning, agility, and strength training. Our lead CSCS Trainer (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) combines innovative training regimens into all of our programs. We currently train athletes of all ages from all over Southeastern Michigan to the southern tip of Ohio. We have also just re-opened our Highland Ranch, Colorado office which will serve players in Denver, Parker, Littleton, and Highlands Ranch! Our new daily Cross Training Classes started in May of 2013 to provide a holistic approach to fitness.SpecialtiesFor our Youth Athletes we offer classes, clinics, camps, leagues, club teams, private lessons and other programs for Basketball, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, Volleyball, and Field Hockey. For our Adult Athletes we offer daily Cross Training classes as well as Private Training focusing on strength, mobility, agility, and overall conditioning.
