Delfield Company

The Delfield Company is one of the largest custom stainless steel refrigeration equipment manufacturers in the world, with sales totaling more than $100 million. Delfield, member of the Enodis Family of companies, manufactures and markets a comprehensive line of foodservice equipment for restaurants, hotels and institutions and specializes in custom and reach in refrigeration. Established in 1949 by Paul DeLorenzo and Thomas Springfield, the Delfield Company maintains its headquarters in Mt. Pleasant, Mich. In 1999 Delfield became part of the Welbilt Group of Companies through the acquisition of Scotsman Industries by Berisford. The next year, Berisford changed its name to Enodis and the company remains a leader in the foodservice equipment industry. Enodis is comprised of nearly 15 of the world's leading brands in the food equipment industry.
