Founded more than 110 years ago, Eikenhout is a distributor and retailer of roofing, siding, windows, decks and a wide range of ancillary construction products. The company markets residential and commercial roofing products from GAF, Certainteed, Owens Corning, Elk and Metal Works. Eikenhout supplies siding products from a number of manufacturers, including Alcoa, Mastic, Certainteed Revere and Mitten. It also stocks a complete line of windows from Loewen, Cerainteed, Laflamme, Quaker and Simonton. The company s ancillary products include fasteners, nails, caulk, ladders, hand and power tools, knee pads, tape measures, brooms, safety glasses, tool belts and a wide range of gutters and shutters. Eikenhout maintains its corporate headquarters and primary retail operation in Grand Rapids, Mich. The company also operates satellite locations in the Michigan cites of Holland, Saginaw, Lansing, Traverse City, Petoskey and Mount Pleasant.
