This chain can be inconsistent between locations. I like them because I can eat healthy OR just 'junk out' if I feel naughty. The atmosphere is definitely NOT good for making a good impression.

It's obvious the temperature checks are not being done. Hot food was not found on the noon lunch buffet. It was supposed to be hot, it was barely warm. Pitiful.
