Hope Network West Michigan, located in Grand Rapids, Mich., is a nonprofit organization that offers a wide range of social and welfare services to individuals with physical and mental disabilities throughout the state. The center provides services, such as employment, transportation and residential care. It provides job training and supervised employment in work centers and businesses. It provides services, such as postacute care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, respiratory and speech therapies, and subacute, case management and psychiatric care services. It provides consultancy services that include clinical and operational support; accounts receivable and billing systems management; market analysis; compliance programs; reimbursement; and rehabilitation services. The center is governed by Hope Network.
