My pizza was burnt to a crisp my bread sticks were good but my other pizza was perfectly cooked I just don't understand. Unacceptable!

Order 3 pizza lunch specials with bread sticks. Pizza was cold looked like it was early morning cooked maybe with bread sticks were cold. And a order of bread sticks, that was very dissapointing....
