I did not need a NEW broken Crown that he charged $1000 YET would NOT replace while the assistant was sucking off the nitrous gas while I was in the chair.

What Dr Cantwil's office quoted prior to the procedure and what I have to pay was a huge discrepancy. A $700 discrepancy in fact. Do you have that much money to loose. Don't go there. Dr Cantwil...
