terrible customer service. the lack of professionalism was a 0/10 and as a pick up order you'd expected warmer food. my food was cold ash.

I went here twice. First time I ask them if the steak sub bread is grilled, she told me yes only to get the sandwich and bread wasn't grilled at all. Then she told me if you want it grilled next...
