Very nice people and always helpful everytime i need something or ask for advice they always there and give u the best advice idk why it got this much hate but im loving it so far.

I've been going to the Roseville / Gratiot location for about 3 years. OMG!!! This Hall road location is clean in comparison. I was thinking it was just something I had to deal with. Much longer...

Seems to be normalizing somewhat during check ins, so I'm more comfortable than I was before; however, when leaving it's still awkward at best. It's almost like the staff doesn't want to address...

terrible, 5 people at the door and not one is helpful. arguing with the little kids to use a rightful friends guest pass???? how do you expect to sell memberships by turning down newcomers?...

Linda on the janitorial staff is a good worker and helps the club stay nice and clean. she is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She works at the LA Fitness next to Partridge Creek.
